Develop your confidence and practical skills with our accredited Body Massage Training Course, delivered in a small and supportive learning environment.

This one-day practical course is suitable for beginners looking to enter the beauty industry, as well as existing therapists wishing to add professional body massage to their treatment menu.

Training is kept deliberately small, with a maximum of two students per course date, allowing plenty of individual guidance, hands-on practice and support throughout the day.

When two students attend, you’ll also have the opportunity to practise on one another and experience the treatment yourself. This can be extremely valuable when learning correct pressure, rhythm, positioning and understanding the treatment from the client’s perspective.

• Health, hygiene and professional working practices
• Preparing the client and treatment area
• Professional massage movements and techniques
• Correct pressure, rhythm and flow
• Therapist posture and body positioning
• Developing a complete body massage routine
• Aftercare advice
• Practical hands-on training
